Prof. Dr. Ulla Gläßer (LL.M.) is professor for mediation, conflict management and procedural theory. She is the deputy scientific director of the Institute for Conflict Management, as well as scientific director of the master's program in Mediation and Conflict Management.

She completed her training in mediation and negotiation within the framework of her postgraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley (USA), among other institutions.

Prof. Dr. Ulla Gläßer also co-edited a comment on the Mediation Act (Nomos Verlag) and has published on mediation and conflict management. She is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Conflict Management.
