Anna Dick is a certified mediator (BM) and researcher at the Center for Peace Mediation. She supports the Viadrina Mediation Hub within the Federal Foreign Office since August 2019.

Holding a B.A. in Media and Communication (major) and Psychology (minor) from Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg and a M.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from Philipps-University of Marburg, her final thesis focused on the effects of digital hate speech and digital counter speech on social cohesion. Anna has participated in various international mediation and negotiation competitions such as the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition and the Global Negotiation Conference, which she concluded with a Special Individual Mention. She is a former scholarship recipient of a Deutschlandstipendium and has previously worked in the fields of public relations, internal communication, journalism, and event management.
